am extremely disappointed with my experience with Super Star Car Wash on 40th Avenue. I have gone into this location three separate times trying to cancel my membership. The first two times, employees told me it would be canceled, yet I continued to be charged. When I try to look up the membership online using my information, credit card, and license plate number, the system says there is no account, yet my card continues to be charged. I just receive a response from Erika in Customer Service asking me to provide proof that I went into the location to cancel. Unfortunately, I trusted the employees when they told me the membership would be canceled, so I didn’t think I needed to ask for written proof. I’m not sure what additional proof I am expected to provide when I went in person and followed the instructions I was given. On my most recent visit, I was finally given a card and told that I needed to email Customer Service. No one told me this during my previous visits. My advice to anyone canceling a membership here: make sure you get the cancellation in writing or ask for some type of confirmation before you leave. Don’t assume that because you’re told it has been canceled tha

Great car wash; have a monthly membership here and it smacks. Unlimited washes, all the amenities that you could ask for. Joseph was super friendly and accommodating. Great asset to this team! Highly recommended!

Joseph is superb, thanks for always being so customer focused, friendly and an overall nice guy. Wouldn’t have joined without your great communication on the programs. This is a fantastic car wash facility.

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience at Superstar Car Wash in Central Park, Denver. I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and have actually held three separate memberships with them across three different vehicles over the years. Unfortunately, the service and attention to basic customer needs has gone downhill to the point where I’m now preparing to immediately cancel every membership I currently have with them. The biggest issue is something that should be incredibly simple for a car wash to manage: clean towels. Almost every single time I come through this location, there are no clean towels available for customers. Not a few missing towels, not occasionally running low, but completely empty bins. This has happened to me repeatedly over many visits, and it’s beyond frustrating when you’re paying for a membership that advertises access to self-serve finishing stations. The entire point of a car wash membership at a place like Superstar is convenience and quality. Customers should be able to wash their vehicle and then finish the job properly with clean microfiber towels. Instead, I’ve pulled into the vacuum and detailing area multiple times only to find that ever
